You'll receive an email with the customized code on it. Paste the code onto the page you designated in the submission form. Then upload the page and the image (located below)  to the same directory on your website. With your Cursor over the picture right Click and then click on Save image.
this will save the image to your hard drive or where ever you choose

When the code and the image are on the correct site, email webmaster@visionsofhope.biz   with your site ID so your page can be evaluated and added to the ring.
